Reservation and Check-In
- All reservations require a valid credit card and will be charged upon booking.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and credit card upon check-in.
Payment
- Payment for room charges and incidental expenses is due upon check-out unless otherwise specified.
- All major credit cards are accepted. Cash payments may require a deposit or pre-authorization on a credit card.
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will be charged for the first night's stay.

Smoking Policy
- Ramada Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
- A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in non-smoking rooms.
Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless specifically designated as a pet-friendly room.
- A pet fee may apply for guests bringing pets, and additional charges may be incurred for any damages caused by pets.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Parties and events in guest rooms are not permitted without prior approval from the hotel management.
Facilities and Amenitie
- Some amenities and services may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to maintenance or other reasons.
- Use of hotel facilities such as the gym, pool, or spa is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Towels and other hotel property provided in rooms should not be removed from the premises. Charges may apply for lost or damaged items.
Liability
- Ramada Hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
- Guests are liable for any damages to hotel property caused during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any outstanding balances or damages.

By making a reservation and/or staying at Ramada Hotel, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in additional charges, eviction, or legal action as deemed necessary by hotel management.
