I visit Lahore 2-3 times a year and stay at this Ramada each time. I must say, the quality of service keeps getting better and better with each visit. Best Hotel In Lahore Per My Experience As I Have Been To Most Of Hotels And It's 5 Star So Everything Is Awesome.
I tried calling their helpline today to book a room for my lahore trip next month and person answering 111 600 111 had no ethics on how to talk to a guest on phone and give them desired information. I called at 6.55pm today. Management please take notice. If you cant have trained staff that knows how to talk on call, you will not get good clients.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for both casual dining and special occasions.One small area for improvement could be the desi food section, which was lacking in options. However, this is a minor issue in an otherwise outstanding dining experience.Overall, the Ramada Hotel buffet is definitely worth a visit, offering great value for money with a wide selection of high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
Hi-tea buffet was the reason I went there multiple times. It's a variety of a large number of mix desi, fast, Italian, Chinese dishes. Sweet options are also noticeable.Being a lasagna lover, it was just worth the money. Plus their iced teas are enough to keep you hydrated, unlike other restaurants it is included in the hi tea menu.Overall it has always been a pleasant experience.
We recently hosted a small wedding gathering of 50 people at Baltit by Ramada, The wedding hall was beautifully arranged, and the staff services were nothing short of excellent. I recently had high tea at Ramada By Wyndham, and it was fantastic! The ambiance was beautiful and cozy, making the experience very pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially a staff member named Arbish, who made sure we were comfortable. As for the food, both the snacks and sweets were delicious. The chicken sandwiches and pastries were especially tasty. They also had a variety of teas to choose from, which was a nice touch. Prices were reasonable, considering the quality. Overall, Ramada By Wyndham high tea is a must-try for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful afternoon.
